There are other ways to achieve the things that you want. Even though the idea of one hour a day is best, still check it off your list even if you only get in 15 minutes. Here are some great reasons to take control of your physical health. Remember that you can find some way to exercise despite your age, sex, or physical ability.

As you exercise, you are able to maintain weight or even lose weight because you are burning calories. Of course, the harder and more intense the workout, the more calories you will burn. Large portions of time are not necessary to get to your optimal weight. Remember that there are simple things that you can do to increase exercise. For instance, park a little farther away from the store, take the stairs, and walk around the park during your lunch break as you eat your sandwich.
