Finding Joy in the Journey can sometimes be difficult as life always throws CHANGES at us.  Some are welcome and some are not.  You may be familiar with the adage, “Nothing is as constant as change”.  Time certainly never stands still, it is always moving on, whether we want it to or not.  I truly believe that we are put here in this mortal life for a brief moment and that the lessons we learn here, are to help us learn what is important and what is not.

We need to take time to Find Joy in the Journey now and not wait for the Future.  Professor Harold Hill from The Music Man said- “You pile up enough tomorrows, and you’ll find you’ve collected a lot of empty yesterdays.”  I know I have been guilty of saying, I’ll be happy when….

Rather than dwelling on the past, we should make the most of today so that we can provide pleasant memories for the future.  Stress comes for everyone in this lifetime, but we need deal with it as best we can and remember to show love for those around us amidst emotional turmoil.  I like a quote by President Monson that says, “Never let a problem to be solved be more important than a person to be loved. Let us relish life as we live it, find Joy in the Journey and share our love with friends and family.  One day each of us will run out of tomorrows.”

Our realization of what is important in life goes hand in hand with gratitude for our blessings.  Abundance and Lack always exist, but we can choose to focus on abundance.  1 Thessalonians 5:18 “In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God.

We can adapt to changes in our lives and realize what’s important and always express gratitude.  I believe our Emotional Health is improved as we focus on the abundance that we have in our life and Thank our God for it.  Emotional Health is an important part of our daily lives because it quite often defines us as a person.  Are we depressed, negative, positive, jealous, bubbly, etc.  Emotional health is generally tied to our subconscious mind and programs us to act in a certain way.  Reprogramming negative mindsets can help to bring Joy to our Journey.  See how Emotional Health can be affected in a positive way by Essential Oils.
